MacLean Power Systems Acquires Highline Products MacLean Power, L.L.C. (“MPS”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired substantially all the assets of Utility Marketing Corporation and U.S. Utility Enclosures, LLC, collectively doing business as Highline Products (“Highline”or the “Company”).

Headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, Highline is a leading designer, producer and marketer of polymer concrete, fiberglass and plastic enclosure products used for protecting and supporting equipment and connection points in the electric utility, water utility, telecommunications, commercial and industrial, municipal, transportation and turf/irrigation markets. The Company’s enclosure products include pedestals, underground vaults, boxes, box pads, ground sleeves and cabinets. Highline also produces and markets fiberglass pole top extensions for the electric utility industry.
