MPS Fort Mill Customer Service Appreciation Week 2015

In 1992, the US Congress nationally recognized that the first week in October would be National Customer Service Week. This event is a week-long opportunity to recognize customer service and the vital role it plays in the success of businesses.

In October 2015, the MPS Fort Mill customer service team headed by the Customer Service Manager was elated to be among the first active participants in the week-long event at MPS. It was a great opportunity to boost morale while illuminating the importance of a customer centric culture. Events included; a corn hole tournament, a balloon raffle, bingo, guess the baby picture, and even opportunities to earn dollars bearing the likeness of the VP of Customer Services. The Customer Service team would like to thank all who participated and made the week such a success.
