Barry MacLean is the Chairman of MacLean-Fogg Company. Barry received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College.  He received a Doctor of Humane Letters Honorary Degree from Dartmouth College in 2010.

Barry MacLean served as a Dartmouth College Trustee from 1990-2000.  He has served on the Thayer School of Engineering Dartmouth College Board of Overseers for over thirty-six years.

Barry is a member, director, and former chairman of numerous businesses and professional organizations.  Civic interests include Trusteeships at Newberry Library, Museum of Science and Industry, University of Chicago Hospitals, and U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association.  He is former chairman of the Board of The School of the Art Institute and Vice Chairman of the Art Institute.  He served for thirty-five years as elected trustee of the Village of Mettawa and fourteen years as mayor.

Barry has five children and twelve grandchildren.

Duncan MacLean

Duncan MacLean is the great grandson of the founder of MacLean-Fogg. He joined MacLean-Fogg in 1996 as a manufacturing engineer in MacLean Power Systems and has been in his current position, President of MacLean-Fogg, since August of 2015, and Chief Executive Officer since November of 2017. He was elected to the MacLean-Fogg Board of Directors in 1998. Since joining MacLean-Fogg, Mr. Duncan MacLean has worked in seven (7) different business units, including 4.5 years living and working in Germany.

Duncan MacLean received a Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College in 1994, a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering in 1995, a Master’s of Engineering Management degree from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering in 1996, and an MBA in Finance from Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 2008.

Michael Isaacs

Mike Isaacs is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacLean-Fogg Company.

He is responsible for MacLean-Fogg’s overall financial and strategic management, including the company’s financial reporting, long-term business planning and operations oversight. Additionally, he oversees the company Controller, Corporate Development and Strategy, Procurement, Treasury, Internal Control and Tax functions.

Prior to joining MacLean-Fogg, Mike served as Finance Director of Mexico Operations for Cooper Tire and Rubber Company where he was responsible for two Mexican entities, a wholly-owned sales company and a majority-owned JV manufacturing company.

Prior to MacLean-Fogg, Mike also worked for Ford Motor Company for twenty years. Positions held included Manager of Corporate Strategic Planning, Controller of Stamping Operations, Product Development Controller for South American Operations and Vehicle Line Controller.

Mike received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

He enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
